Aurochim (Italy)
We work with Aurochim, a leading Italian acetate supplier known for outstanding material stability, rich visual expression, and environmental responsibility—supporting the quality foundation of our premium acetate collections. Proprietary Transfer Printing Technology: Advanced hot and cold transfer printing creates vivid, multi-dimensional patterns and rich base tones. Exceptional Stability: High impact resistance, low birefringence, and excellent dimensional control ensure reliable processing and long-term performance. Sustainable & Biodegradable: Made from natural cotton and wood pulp, Aurochim acetates are eco-friendly, fully recyclable, and biodegradable—perfectly aligned with our sustainability values.
JIMEI(China)
We use premium acetate sheets from JIMEI, one of China's leading material suppliers. Their production capabilities include both extrusion and lamination processes, supporting a wide range of styles—solid colors, marbled textures, gradients, embedded patterns, and layered effects. With a library of over 80,000 color and pattern combinations, enhanced by a professional color management system, JIMEI offers outstanding flexibility and precision in material selection.
OBE (Germany)
We collaborate with OBE, a globally recognized German manufacturer specializing in precision components for eyewear. With over a century of engineering excellence, OBE provides the critical hinge and screw systems that ensure the comfort, durability, and performance of our premium eyewear collections.
Kanghua Eyewear(China)
Our other key component partner is Kanghua Eyewear, a leading enterprise in China’s eyewear component manufacturing industry. With over 40 years of expertise, Kanghua specializes in the development and production of precision parts such as spring hinges, temples, pins, and bridges. Their components are widely used across acetate, metal, and injection-molded frames—giving high-quality, reliable support for our eyewear collections.
Hengdeli Metal Materials(China)
We partner with Hengdeli Metal Materials, a manufacturer established in 1995 that specializes in high-quality metal wires for premium eyewear frames. Their material offerings include titanium alloys, Monel, Alpake, stainless steel, eco-friendly white copper, and brass—all carefully selected to meet the structural and aesthetic demands of high-end frame design.
TR90-G850
We use TR90-G850, a high-performance thermoplastic nylon material from the modified polyamide family, specially engineered for injection-molded eyewear frames. Compared to standard TR90, the G850 grade offers enhanced dimensional stability, heat resistance, and flowability—making it ideal for precise structural designs and efficient mass production. Lightweight, flexible, and highly durable, TR90-G850 delivers superior comfort and performance across a wide range of frame applications, including adult, sport, and children's eyewear. It also exhibits excellent chemical resistance and impact strength, and supports diverse surface treatments such as painting, plating, and water transfer printing—making it a preferred choice for high-end injection-molded frames.

OBE hinge
Our frames feature premium OBE hinges sourced from Germany, renowned for their durability, smooth articulation, and refined user experience. These precision-engineered components ensure lasting quality and reduce waste by extending product lifespan. Besides high durability that reduces replacement frequency, OBE also incorporates energy-saving and emission-reducing measures in its production process, along with environmentally conscious material choices and design, to create more sustainable eyewear products.
Nylon Lens
Nylon lenses are lightweight, impact-resistant, and provide excellent UV protection, making them ideal for sports and outdoor eyewear. Their high durability supports long-term use with minimal environmental footprint.
Bio-based Transparent Nylon
This innovative material is derived from renewable bio-based sources, offering both clarity and sustainability. With excellent transparency, impact resistance, and light weight, it is ideal for high-quality eyewear frames. Compared to traditional petroleum-based nylons, bio-based transparent nylon reduces carbon footprint while maintaining the same durability, comfort, and design flexibility—making it a smart choice for eco-friendly eyewear collections.
Eastman Acetate Renew
We use Eastman’s sustainable acetate material, Acetate Renew, which redefines traditional cellulose acetate in a more sustainable way. This material is composed of 60% renewable bio-based content and 40% certified recycled content, combining the benefits of natural renewability and resource reutilization. The bio-based carbon portion derives from renewable biological sources, offering significant environmental advantages over conventional fossil-based plastics. By incorporating 40% traceable recycled waste, this innovative formulation effectively advances the circularity of materials and greatly reduces reliance on fossil resources. Compared to traditional acetate, its carbon footprint is reduced by over 20%, making it a truly low-carbon and fully sustainable next-generation material that embodies the environmental benefits of integrating bio-based and recycled resources. We have obtained ISCC PLUS certification and established a long-term, stable partnership with Eastman. Acetate Renew boasts 100% sustainable content while maintaining excellent performance, allowing designers to meet environmental goals without compromising their design or manufacturing processes.
In addition to our carefully selected premium acetate sheets and metal frame materials, we apply the same high standards to every component and auxiliary material used in our eyewear. This includes hinges, titanium-tantalum alloys, nose pad arms, spring hinges, enamel glue, coloring agents, and polishing consumables—all sourced from industry-leading suppliers such as Aihua Components (China), a trusted name in high-end eyewear manufacturing.
