     how do you test optical frame ?  we will introduce optical detection method and standard in detail.

    Optical frame test project


    Main test project
    1. Dimensional tolerance test

    2. Dimensional stability
    • Measure the distance between the ends of the temple, and note that the dimension before heating is D0
    • The sample was heated at 55 ℃ for 2 hours
    • Leave at normal room temperature for at least 2 hours.
    • Center of gravity measure the distance between the two temples and note the heated size as D1
    • Calculate difference D0-D1
    • Scope of difference

    3. Resistance to perspiration
    The optical rack is placed in a vapor environment that simulates sweat at 55 degrees Celsius.
    • No stain or color change after 8 hours of testing.              
    • After 24 hours, no corrosion, peeling surface or coating coating off


    4.Endurance
    6mm diameter steel bar, heated to 650 degrees, contact for 5 seconds. Do not ignite, or do not continue to burn after the test rod is withdrawn


     
    1. Bridge deformation and Lens retention
    2. 1.It is required that there is no fracture and the percentage of deformation between the geometric center distance of the frame and its original state is not more than 2%
    3. 2.The lenses should not come off all the living parts of the frame


    Nickel Release
    Using ICP-OES,ICP-MS or GFAAS extract (liquid) Concentration of nickel separation (ug/liter), per extract (liquid)
    The test shall be repeated for 3 times and the average value shall be taken as the result.
