Our acetate and metal production lines are built around a core of 15 advanced high-precision CNC machines, supported by jewelry-grade surface finishing technology. This fully integrated industrial chain seamlessly combines European design sensibilities with Asia’s advanced precision manufacturing.
Our artisans, trained in legendary luxury eyewear ateliers, undergo the most rigorous instruction. They merge generations of traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. We have established a comprehensive and rigorous supply chain system:
From material traceability systems (tracking batch numbers of acetate suppliers) and proactive early warning systems for raw materials (monitoring global raw material market fluctuations), to a fully visualized production process with stringent real-time quality control at every stage. When an issue is identified, we immediately freeze the affected process and deliver a solution within 48 hours. In addition, we have built a supply chain alliance cluster, enabling us to activate contingency plans when a supply chain crisis arise.
When it comes to product, we regard brand DNA and uncompromising quality as our first priority. We deeply respect the soul of each brand and the original vision of designers, knowing well that great artists are also great engineers.
We work closely with brand owners and designers to rigorously protect their visual identity — from Pantone color libraries, to craftsmanship, to engineering, to surface finishing and final product presentation. We build a complete product life log, tracing every stage from the design studios in Milan and Hong Kong to our workshops in Shenzhen and Wenzhou. Our meticulous process tracking and quality controls ensure that the final product delivers the highest standard of luxury, empowering our clients to become the true creators of their brand.
